I brought my car in for a tune up and Nick from service was very attentive and customer service oriented. He was a straight shooter and got my service done very quickly and provided it back running in tip was very attentive and customer service oriented. To start off, like most people, I dislike going to dealerships. To me, it is equivalent to going to a dentist (an uncomfortable experience from beginning to end). When I brought my I3 to Bridgewater for a check on tires and alignment, I was expecting the worst, until I spoke with Jeff. Jeff Defonseka, (Service Manager), eased my worries and truly changed my opinion on dealerships. He truly cared about my concerns and calmly explained every single detail. He even took me to the back to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. He makes the dealership great and the experience even greater. Thank you for everything, Jeff. My family thanks you. More
