I've been a customer here for 5 years. Had a 2014 328xi, a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because t a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because the trip computer said it wasnt due. Mind you, 5000 miles ago I paid for a oil change at this dealership to have my prevententive maintenance oil change done. They denied my oil change because the tech has reset scheduled maintenance light on the trip computer. Now Im stuck paying for two oil change ($200 ea)!!!! Nobody tried to apologized or try to fix the mistake. BMW of Bridgewater will never service my BMWs EVER again. More

I brought my car in for a tune up and Nick from service was very attentive and customer service oriented. He was a straight shooter and got my service done very quickly and provided it back running in tip was very attentive and customer service oriented. He was a straight shooter and got my service done very quickly and provided it back running in tiptop shape.....I will be requesting Nick as my service advisor in the future. Lori also handled my appointment very efficiently as always. More
