He's extremely professional, polite, and accommodating, and easy to relate to. I never feel as though I'm being taken advantage of, or recommended unnecessary servicing. Although I ended up not purchasing that vehicle during my first visit, Carolyn identified another vehicle with the options I wanted a week later. She is customer-focused and eager to understand my needs. I also like the fact that they are willing to give me a realistic price lower than MSRP over the phone before my second visit. This has saved me a lot of time and I was able to seal the deal in a little over an hour. Not every BMW dealership in the NJ area is willing to do that. They also offer free car wash if you purchase your vehicle there. More

Tony Braich was great to work with: Transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a BMW. Recently my old BMW was needing more and more attention (and subsequently, money). I had finally reached the end of the rope and had decided to begin my search for a newer car. Dave helped me find the perf (and subsequently, money). I had finally reached the end of the rope and had decided to begin my search for a newer car. Dave helped me find the perfect car and even though I had not intended on trading in (and up!) that day, he along with Mike and everyone else had turned a nerve-wracking and quite sentimental experience into an exciting one. I had to leave the dealership no later than 12:30pm and early on Dave had promised he would have me leaving the dealership in my new car by that time. Based on some previous car buying experiences with other dealerships, I was extremely skeptical. He made sure that every person involved with my sales process stayed on schedule (it was so cute how everyone I spoke with would give me a countdown in minutes!!) and what do you know...I drove away at EXACTLY 12:30 right in time for work! My family and I have purchased BMWs and had them serviced by this dealership for 15 years and will continue for many more. Thank you Dave and everyone at Bridgewater BMW! More

I was dropping my daughter's car off for a service appointment. Although the dealership had indicated that the part was in stock on the phone when the appointment was made, the part wasn't in stock. appointment. The service writer was not friendly and indicated I should have a seat while she finished another order. The other order took quite a while, and the service writer took several breaks to drink her gatorade, but didn't indicate how much longer she would take to finish the initial order. I always thought that BMW took customer satisfaction seriously, but this service writer was not courteous or professional about handling the interaction. I will look for another dealership in the future. More
