I received a phone call from Jen Silva from the dealership about my interest in new BMW X1. In chatting with her on the phone, she listen to what I was looking for and our conversation was very ref dealership about my interest in new BMW X1. In chatting with her on the phone, she listen to what I was looking for and our conversation was very refreshing and not pushy you normally you receive from dealerships.She made me feel like I was friend and not a customer.Few days later, I went to the dealership and met with my salesperson Tony Braich. He had my info on what I was looking for and listen to what I wanted in my new car. Usually dealerships try to push what they have on their lots and convince you that u don't need the other options. Tony went above and beyond finding me that perfect X1 with the lighting package that's hard to come by in that model.He got it from another location and personally got it for me. He gave daily updates and finally got me my new X1 in a few days. Got great service and great deal. So kudos to Tony ,Mike Shamy and Jen making this a great experience for me. Thanks Eros More

I would highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater because they are competent, professional, honest, transparant and friendly. Chad was very informative during the service visit. He was also very responsive. He tried to answer all of my questions. He took the time to take me into the service garage to actually show me where issue was also very responsive. He tried to answer all of my questions. The issue wiyh the rear differential was not eliminated. But I was told this will cause no additional engine/drive train problems. More

He did an excellent job of working with me on various pricing options and never tried to "sell" me on anything I wasn't comfortable with. Eventually, I decided to go in a non-BMW direction (no reflection on Mike or the cars), but the fact that I'm still writing a review on Mike's behalf should speak volumes about him and his work. I called to make an appointment for my 7 Series and left a vmail for Deb. Deb called me back within 10 min and helped me schedule a service appointment not to mention a loaner car WITH Navigation! Being a busy Sales Executive I often come in to see Deb while I'm on a client call..yes I know I'm rude.. but Deb just does her thing and gets me all set so I can get back on the road. I should mention that Deb always offers me a hot cup of coffee and chance to charge my Blackberry from her desk to ensure I have a good charge for my cell phone. She also takes that extra step to make sure the service team doesn't put those Wonderful Bridgewater BMW License plate covers on my car with each service visit. Thanks Deb! When I walked threw the dealership service entrance I was immediately greeted by Debra Shafer and she swiftly started to help me. Debra was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful.
