Visited a few times as it always takes me a long time to decide on a new car. Each time was made welcome and had all questions resolved. Once decison was made the rest was like clockwork. BMW of Bridgewater made the leasing experience pleasureable. The staff was extremely freindly and knowledgeable about their products. The loan department took the time to understand the driving pleasureable. The staff was extremely freindly and knowledgeable about their products. The loan department took the time to understand the driving conditions that the vehicle will be used for and did not push any unecessary warranties on us. The team has been helpful answering questions post-sale and have made us feel welcome as part of the Bridgewater BMW family. Pricing was fair and in-line with my expectations and my entire family has been enjoying the new vehicle. More

After several weeks of online research, I visited several dealerships in trying to decide between the BMW X5 and other similar types of "SUV crossovers" from Lexus, Acura, Mercedes, and Infiniti. When I sto dealerships in trying to decide between the BMW X5 and other similar types of "SUV crossovers" from Lexus, Acura, Mercedes, and Infiniti. When I stopped in for a BMW test drive, Scott Vickers provided me the service and useful info that made my decision easy. He was pleasant to deal with and followed up over the ensuing days without pressuring me to buy. He carefully covered every feature of the X5 during my test drive and at the dealership, answering all of my questions that day and in the ensuing days. Ultimately, Scott's knowledge, his follow up, the X5 driveability, the BMW service plan, and the Scott's support colleagues Lori, Chris, and Stan led me to choose the X5 here. More
