She was very knowledgable and took the time to find the car that I wanted to buy as opposed to trying to fit me in something just to sell it. This was my second lease through BMW of Bridgewater. Both times the process was extremely smooth. My recent salesperson was Mike Watson. Mike is warm, friendly & knowledgeable. Strong follow up skills. He ALWAYS got back to me with an answer to any questions from start to finish. He worked hard to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The day I took delivery, everything was in order, ex: insurance on vehicle. We set up the satelite radio, telephone, BMW assist together. Mike spent a great deal of time with me that day going over my new vehicle. I left feeling very comfortable in my decision. I would highly recommend Mike. I also had a great experience with Ozzy. Ozzy handled the finance side of my recent purchase. The paperwork was in order. He went over each document to make sure there was a clear understanding. All I needed to do was sign & I was out of his office in a very short period of time. Ozzy is a true professional. More

Bridgewater BMW Bridgewater is awesome, I literaly called and made a deal by the phone with great sales advisor Bill, and then walked in after the weekend looked at Bridgewater is awesome, I literaly called and made a deal by the phone with great sales advisor Bill, and then walked in after the weekend looked at the deal face to face and met the staff, and then I went back in test drove the vehicle and I picked up the car for the lease on Friday. From the sales advisor who then introduced me to Mike Shamy the manager to Peter who was the sales Manager (the man behind making a great lease program) too Ozzy the finance officer, who closed the deal and explained more financial things regarding BMW. I was very welcomed and impressed at BMW and the people that represent the name. I was very happy with the deal and I have been driving the vehicle for the past couple of weeks and it has been a pleasure and great, no lies or anything in between just simple ease of mind and comfort. I am telling anyone who is reading this review I did not experience any negative issues at all or feel pressured into looking at the vehicle, instead more of negotiation and how you would like to have your vehicle equiped. My First BMW !! I wanted to get my first BMW car and I was interested in 3 series. So, after browsing online, I saw that Bridgewater had the more inventory of which I I wanted to get my first BMW car and I was interested in 3 series. So, after browsing online, I saw that Bridgewater had the more inventory of which I was looking for. I went there and sales person took me for a test drive and i liked the same car that i drove. So, we sit back and talked about the options of getting used vs new and some other features. And, I ended up getting the same car with good price !! Even going through the credit check options and final documentations were very smooth. So, I would definitely recommend anyone this dealer. I am also getting follow-up calls from sales person on how my experience have been so far, which is really great !! More

iPhone 5 I was having great difficulty in connecting my iPhone 5 to my 2008 BMW 525xi so could get my music to play in the car. I called the parts dept at Brid I was having great difficulty in connecting my iPhone 5 to my 2008 BMW 525xi so could get my music to play in the car. I called the parts dept at Bridgewater BMW and spoke with Vlad, he told me what I needed and said he would attach the part to my phone when I arrived. When I arrived Vlad came out to the car and too his surprise the part didn't work but he knew immediately what the problem was and came back with the correct part and it did work. I was sooo happy because now I can get back to listening to my music in the car....I'm so Happy!!!!! Thanks Vald. Bernice More

Tony was excellent, he showed me all different models where in the past i have had bad experience from different dealers. I looked around 8-9 cars, finally zeroing down to 3. Tony even helped me to narrow it down. Got a very good deal and he helped even in the purchase process by going back-forth with BMW financial as i had some minor issues with my credit score (of not having enough history). Overall an excellent experience and would recommend my friends to go this dealership. More
