After several weeks of online research, I visited several dealerships in trying to decide between the BMW X5 and other similar types of "SUV crossovers" from Lexus, Acura, Mercedes, and Infiniti. When I stopped in for a BMW test drive, Scott Vickers provided me the service and useful info that made my decision easy. He was pleasant to deal with and followed up over the ensuing days without pressuring me to buy. He carefully covered every feature of the X5 during my test drive and at the dealership, answering all of my questions that day and in the ensuing days. Ultimately, Scott's knowledge, his follow up, the X5 driveability, the BMW service plan, and the Scott's support colleagues Lori, Chris, and Stan led me to choose the X5 here. More

My family and i visited the dealership twice and made the purchase during our second visit. Our initial visit was more unplanned as we were in the area shopping (bridgewater mall) and decided to see what ca purchase during our second visit. Our original thoughts were around a pre-owned 3 series but then were introduced to the X1 (which we eventually purchased). The sales person (Carolyn) was very friendly, honest and patient in going through our options and responding to our inquiries. We did not purchase the first visit as i was about to travel to Asia for work for over a month and did want to look into other options and not rushed to make a decision. Carolyn then made the appropriate follow-ups with a call while i was traveling but kept her in mind when I returned from AP. I did some research prior to returning the second time with our specific criteria for an 2013 X1. However, our needs couldn't be fulfilled with the current inventory. Carolyn looked up the 2014 inventory (that was coming in) and found an almost match. After discussing with the wife we were content enough to go with one of the choices as the dealership promised the car could be ready for pickup within the week. Carolyn and the dealership lived up to the promise and we were able to pick it up the friday. The process was quick and organized to complete the paperwork. Carolyn also took time to explain the functionality of the features that the new car came with and then followed-up with a phone call for areas that couldn't finalize during day of pickup. Overall, we were satisfied with the customer service from Carolyn, her sales manager, Mike and the dealership. More

Although I ended up not purchasing that vehicle during my first visit, Carolyn identified another vehicle with the options I wanted a week later. She is customer-focused and eager to understand my needs. I also like the fact that they are willing to give me a realistic price lower than MSRP over the phone before my second visit. This has saved me a lot of time and I was able to seal the deal in a little over an hour. Not every BMW dealership in the NJ area is willing to do that. They also offer free car wash if you purchase your vehicle there. More
