My fiance and I first came to BMW of Bridgewater looking for a 3 series for him. He had an excellent experience with Stan (who has now moved away), however, we were introduced to the entire team. Mike Watson has helped me from start to finish. What I really liked about my experience with Mike was that I was never pressured to make a decision or was ever pushed to purchasing. I spent over a year researching what I wanted. I first started out by looking at the X1 since it just arrived in the United States. I loved the X1, but then we realized that the X3 might be a better fit. This is why we stuck with BMW of Bridgewater because I was ready to go towards the X1, and yet I was never pressured into committing. Instead, I took more time looking into the X3. I have never been to a dealership where I wasn't pushed and could decide on my own time. I purchased with full confidence. Mike Watson has been excellent, Mike Shamy was a pleasure and Tom Forget since I was trading in a car. We then met Ozzy for our final paperwork. Ozzy explained our paperwork very clearly and it was no pressure to purchase additional warranties. We did purchase a warranty due to the potholes being so terrible in NJ and NY! (They had a special deal). These guys were upfront with us from the start and I will continue to come back to this dealership because I had such a good experience. My search for a car lasted for a year and a half. My final decision landed me the Vermillion Red X3 and I could not be happier! Mike Watson took his time to link my phone, set up additional features, and explained every aspect of this X3 before we left the parking lot. More

The service experience was very pleasant. Carmine checked in my car as soon as I arrived. Debra got me into service quickly. The service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. There are many BMW Service Centers, but not as great as this one. I've been all over NJ (Morristown, Edison, Princeton, Bloomfield, Park Ave, Prestige, JMK, etc, etc), but none compare to the BMW of Bridge this one. I truly believe a quality service is never an accident. It is always a sincere effort with the intention to provide a World Class Service experience. By far, Debra Shafer is that difference. She is sincere enough to acknowledge my concerns and willing to be that positive defining moment you expect when you have the "Ultimate Driving Machine". Along with Carmine Forgione, they're the reason why I keep on coming back and will forever own a BMW. They honestly wear their hearts on their sleeves and represent the "wow" experience you expect when driving a BMW. Thanks for all that you do! More

After a computer failure on my BMW, I first searched online to try to get an idea what it could be, get estimates of what people have paid in the past, and then I started calling local BMW dealerships a online to try to get an idea what it could be, get estimates of what people have paid in the past, and then I started calling local BMW dealerships as well as independent service centers that specialized in BMW. My first call to BMW of Bridgewater connected me to Chris in Parts. We went over some scenarios and he was able to give me an estimate for what was likely the issue, and coincidentally the most expensive part. He was able to work with me on the price so it was competitive to other estimates I was getting, and I felt comfortable with going with this option. He arranged a loaner car and drop off date and we scheduled the appointment. The day I dropped off the car, I met Debra in Service. Very helpful and understanding with what I was experiencing with the car and made the process very easy. She updated me along the way, was very accommodating, and was great to work with. I felt like a valued customer and that my business was important to them. Finally, Ryan was the tech that worked on my car and did a great job identifying the issue and getting it resolved. Extremely trustworthy and diligent in going above and beyond by checking every little thing to make sure any current issues and foreseeable issues were taken care of. A big kudos to BMW of Bridgewater for this service experience. More
I had worked with another dealership in Edison and I had an inordinate delay in getting the vehicle to me. One call to Bridgewater BMW and not only did I have the car I wanted in less than 24 hours, Bill ( an inordinate delay in getting the vehicle to me. I had to visit the dealership due to damage to my tires and wheels because of running into potholes after the snow. As always, I was kept informed of the progress of the service and also provided alternate and wheels because of running into potholes after the snow. Both Chad and Carmine were very helpful and nice to work with. They even took care of some minor expenses that were not covered under the insurance. I would highly recommend this dealership.
