the sales experience was peachy with no glitches except the European delivery announcement probably I should have asked with the special equipment in the car. When I called to make a service appointment, there was someone in service to talk to!!! This is the only BMW dealership in northern NJ that actually has that. Then, amazingly they had an opening and someone in service to talk to!!! This is the only BMW dealership in northern NJ that actually has that. Then, amazingly they had an opening and a loaner the net day. Then, unbelievably, the service advisor, Sean, stepped in when it was just to late to ask a tech, and examined and then changed a fuse. The best BMW dealership experience that I have had outside of the Midwest. And I have lived in the East with a BMW for 18 years. More

This was one of the easiest purchases I've ever made! No pressure at all. Justin was wonderful, I felt he was honest with me about the purchase, the car, etc. financing was easy. Mike was great. Very good experience overall. Justin was professional the process went very quick. I had a very short time period to trade in my old BMW for a new one and even with that constraint I felt like I got everyt process went very quick.
