Bait and Switch (B&S) one, offered 3 payments end of lease then told since we paid bills to quickly we could only have two. B&S two: After 2 inspections of return vehicle and told damages were $750 lease then told since we paid bills to quickly we could only have two. B&S two: After 2 inspections of return vehicle and told damages were $750 offered additional insurance for $775 which was turned down. Then after new car lease deal was signed was told end of lease damages would be $1,600 because new tires we purchased were not BMW approved after paying for service on those same tires at dealership. B&S three: Quoted a car with 18000 lease miles then after complaint about loosing third payment, was told that BMW of Bridgewater would get us the lease payment elsewhere. When lease was signed, (without pointing out changes to quote) and with finance manager covering up the section of the lease with the mileage allowed while point to signature line, then quickly folding lease and giving it to us in envelope. Later we found out that the miles were reduced and we were deceived. We have been a loyal customer for 10 years, have paid our bills on time and we feel violated and screwed. We will never again lease or purchase from BMW of Bridgewater and we will start talking about our negative experience. The process of purchasing a BMW should be a happy experience, instead we feel screwed and violated. More

Anthony was an absolute dream to work with. On the test drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific co drive he explained every aspect of the car. That alone sold me on the 528 (originally I was going to look at a 320). When I asked for a specific color interior, he searched through the inventory, found the car and drove me over to look at it. I picked up my car today and he spent almost 2 hours with me explaining everything and answering any question I had. The service I received was beyond anything I could have asked for (and I've owned many cars). Anthony is the salesman you want when buying a BMW. More
