What a great experience!! My brother and I were in the market for a new car and decided to go in and test drive some BMW's at the last minute on Memorial Day Weekend. We pulled in and were immediately greeted by Anthony Catena who asked us how we were doing and how he could help. He was so friendly and helpful and wasn't just there to sell us a car but also to give us the best experience possible. We test drove one car, liked it but then decided we wanted to go with something a little bit bigger after Anthony had already pulled everything and told us that we could get a great deal. When we asked him to go back and do the same for the other one, he did not hesitate at all even though we were being very indecisive. He took us out for a second time and did not rush us at all with our decision. When we came back, Mike Shamy informed us of the best possible deal he could give us which was just amazing! We ended up driving the car right out of the showroom that day because of the wonderful customer service and pride that both Anthony and Mike took in not only the cars but also us as clients. We then worked with Ozzy to complete all of the paperwork and he was so knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. All in all our experience was out of this world when it comes to walking in to a car dealership. I would recommend coming back here to anyone I know that is interested in a new car. I spoke with Mike Watson on the phone and he was extremely accommodating from the first call and made me feel confident that I would walk out with a vehicle one way or another. Mike was straight forward with me and did not beat around the bush. I explained to Mike that I live over an hour away from his dealership, but i was willing to make the trip if he could accommodate my needs. Mike assured me that he and his colleagues would work their hardest and do whatever it takes to get me into my dream car. I've heard the same story from every dealership I've been to, but Mike and his colleagues made it happen. Mike Shamy who is the sales manager did an amazing deal with making the numbers work for my budget and make me feel extremely comfortable with my payment and did not force me into anything. Ozzy Mamoor the business manager was also great. He was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the leasing agreement and made things very easy to understand. Overall, I have to say that I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a new vehicle and I will definitely recommend this dealership over all the others to anyone interested in buying a BMW. Great experience I have been coming to the BMW of Bridgewater dealership for service since it's close to work. Carmine took great care of me in the service department I have been coming to the BMW of Bridgewater dealership for service since it's close to work. Carmine took great care of me in the service department. He went above and beyond to give me a loaner vehicle the same day as my emergency service. The loaner vehicle was quite an upgrade to my current vehicle, so once I returned the loaner I worked with David on getting a CPO vehicle. David worked with me to get to a good price point, and Ozzy did a great job with explaining all of the warranty options with me and answered all of my questions. David explained the car and all features to me, even features I had in my previous vehicle and never knew how to use. I left a few items in my previous vehicle and Tom was able to retrieve my items and gave it to me the same day. He also helped me to get some accessories for my newly acquired CPO vehicle and he even took the time to install them! Excellent service all around, including the receptionist and all of the service techs. Highly recommend this dealership. More

My first BMW experience I knew the make and model of the car I wanted to purchase. I met Tom on the lot and he greeted me kindly and introduced me to Bill who was awesome. He called me a few days later, told me there was a car that just came in and I would love it. I went in and saw my new car. I drove it and loved it. I went to meet with Tom and he helped make all the numbers work. Finally, Mike was extremely helpful when I was finalizing the purchase and offered a great deal of assistance even after I would leave. Overall excellent experience, and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
