David Wagoner, my sales rep, made the entire experience extremely easy and very efficient. He is very knowledgeable and the experience was informational, with 'no pressure' and that is what I desire most. If you are thinking about a BMW, give David a call. The cars are great and the experience is just as good. More

My sales associate, David Wagoner, was knowledgeable, helpful, and best of all candid and honest. It did not feel like he was merely trying to push a car on me, and for once the car buying experience did not feel sleazy. Dave and his associates at BMW of Bridgewater, all make every effort to ensure that you have an excellent car buying experience. I am proof that at BMW of Bridgewater, they are dedicated to ensuring that the customer is happy. I visited over 5 times without buying a car or "talking numbers." I was uncertain which BMW was for me. Dave, my sales associate, was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find the car that suited me and making sure I got into it for the right price. For the first time, buying a car felt like a collaborative process. For once, I did not feel like I needed to be constantly haggling. I practically named my price, and Dave and his team worked with me to get me the deal. Dave was not only a great ambassador for his dealership, but an incredible spokesman for the BMW brand. Upon signing my deal I had the pleasure of working with Tom Forget, who handled the financial and legal portions of my lease. As an attorney, I am quick to recognize when people are being dishonest or disingenuous. Tom was neither. Tom like Dave, was an incredible ambassador for his dealership and the BMW name. Tom dealt with me fairly, openly and honestly. Tom was extremely genuine and I truly enjoyed dealing with him. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer, and because of my positive experience with Tom and Dave, I will likely never own anything other than a BMW again More

I decided to give myself a gift, so I looked into BMW 5 series. After reading the consumer reports, I was debating whether I should buy a Lexus due to its fuel efficiency. But the BMW team and the car won me over. All the team members, Mike, Tom, Ozzy, Carolyn are very professional, especially Carolyn who is very patient in explaining all the functions to me. In fact, I already told my collegue to buy a new BMW (his old BMW just needed services at this location). More

The dealership was hosting an event that day and it was bustling with customers. Carolyn graciously sat down with me to peruse production and delivery schedules of available M4's. She identified an available M4 going into production in two days and was still able to customize it to meet my specifications. She was professional, enthusiastic and focused on customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. Her sales approach influenced my buying decision that day. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and appreciate Carolyn's efforts to ensure a smooth buying process. Special thanks also to Ozzy Mamoor for a painless delivery My experiences with Hunterdon BMW were always exceptional and now I look forward to continuing my relationship with BridgewaterBMW. More
Unprofessional and a missed opportunity for Bridgewater BMW We decided to give BMW Bridgewater our service after our regular dealership could not get us in immediately and I had a service engine light that I wa We decided to give BMW Bridgewater our service after our regular dealership could not get us in immediately and I had a service engine light that I wanted checked as quickly as possible. I scheduled my service very easily online and was given a reminder the day before. I arrived at the dealership and a service attendant took my keys and asked me to wait inside. He was professional and courteous. During my 15 minutes in the waiting area my keys were returned to me and then taken back and then returned again, I signed paperwork verifying the scratches on my car and then asked to hold the paperwork and give it to my service representative. I was eventually asked by a man if I was there for service and I said yes and asked to follow him. He did not introduce himself and just motioned for me to take a seat across from him. I jokingly said, "you are not my scheduled service representative Debra Shafer are you?" and he replied, "no, she is not here today". I finally said, well can you please tell me your name and he said, " Mo". Mo had trouble with his computer from the start and then asked me why I was there today. I told him that per the form I completed online, I was there for a check engine light and while there I wanted to do my next scheduled service for 117K miles. He asked me what service that would be. I told him that I did not know what the scheduled service was for 117K miles and that I had a green light on and knew I was doing the maintenance ahead of schedule and wanted to make sure my service lights were reset after service. He asked what I meant about having the lights reset and I told him that when service is done that lights are reset. I told him that I was not a professional BMW service representative and informed him that we have been taking our car to BMW since we owned it (14 years) and that we have never been asked to provide the recommended service information to our BMW service representative. I also asked him to check our records. Mo informed me that they were not able to access our service records from other BMW dealerships and did not know what service was done in the past. I said that no matter what, he should know what service would be recommended for my car at 117K miles. He then (finally) asked what my name was and at that point all confidence was lost and I said that I was not going to have the work done at their dealership and took my keys, thanked him and left. I will wait patiently for our regular dealership to fit us in. At BMW Flemington, you show up, turn over your keys, meet briefly with your service rep, handed keys to your loaner and are out the door within a few short minutes. BMW Bridgewater missed an opportunity to gain our business and I don't put the blame entirely on the service representative (Mo). It's clear that they are in serious need of some standard operating procedures, classes on how to greet and treat your clients, a better operating system (we eventually had to move from one desk to another since his would not work) and a healthier way of disguising their negative vibe to their customers. Dealt with a friendly and professional staff! I started my dealings with BMW Bridgewater almost 2 months ago. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and easy to work with. The salesman that I started my dealings with BMW Bridgewater almost 2 months ago. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and easy to work with. The salesman that I dealt with, Mike Watson, was particularly professional and worked tirelessly to get the car that I wanted into my hands, at a fair price. Furthermore, the price I got from BMW Bridgewater was better than what I was getting from other BMW dealerships. Overall, my experience with BMW Bridgewater was definitely a positive one and I would definitely recommend them to my friends, relatives and colleagues. -Akash R. Shukla More

I need; always sensitive to my crazy schedule and aware of the information for my specific car model. I say WAS because 2 weeks ago I was in an accident that totaled my car. BMW as a brand proved itself; I walked away with only a few bruises. Now I was in a bind to find another car immediately. Both Scott Vickers [sales]and Mike Yates[service mgr] began the hunt. It mattered to me that all the BMW of B'Water staff remarked to me that they were so glad I was all right. Well, happy again... 328d CPO and it is a perfect fit for me now!! Thanks also to Ozzy Mamoor for helping with all the paperwork and details. Indeed, I am grateful to all who work at this dealership for their caring about people first, as well as their cars. More
