What a Great Experience I've been having my BMW's serviced at Bridgewater for 6 years. Over that time I formed a very favorable impression of the dealership and the staff. I've been having my BMW's serviced at Bridgewater for 6 years. Over that time I formed a very favorable impression of the dealership and the staff. When my current lease was running out and it came time to move to a new vehicle I decided to talk to the Bridgewater folks. I was introduced to Scott Marlowe. He quickly and efficiently spec'ed out my desired new vehicle. With very little discussion we arrived at a set of terms (down payment and lease payment) that met my going in expectations (I was moving from one 440 to a very similar new one so I had a baseline impression going in). Scott was a joy to deal with, really professional and very friendly. The car got ordered. Today I picked it up. The process was extremely efficient. I have dealt with several other BMW dealers and the pick-up process has taken up to two hours. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The Finance manager, Dave, was also a pleasure to deal with. He did not spend an hour trying to sell me on options and insurance that I did not want. Thanks for that! When my wife's lease is up I will insist that she talk to the folks at Bridgewater - - I'm sure she'll find them as helpful as I did. More
