You pay twice as much for service as you should 1. You charge twice of what it cost repairs to get done anywhere else, but I travel a lot, so it was easy for my wife to bring the car to you. Last repair on leaking seal not done correctly. It was done a few months ago, along with oil change, and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. When I asked your service person – Tayna I think, her response was "oh that's not unusual for a high mileage vehicle." I call xxxxxxxx. I have a Toyota truck with more miles and don't have this issue. You charged for a repair that was not done correctly, so now I will probably have to pay again at some point to have fixed, or keep adding oil. 3. I was there less than 3 months ago. Tires were fine, now you're telling my wife we need to replace them. Once again, I call xxxxxxxx. And your prices for tires are twice as high as competition. 4. You have the gall to try to sell me a new vehicle – I asked the sales person what my car was worth – you just had it in your shop – you have the service records – he couldn't even give me a ballpark. I am a busy person, I don't have all day to spend with your "sales" department blowing smoke up my butt then giving me little or nothing for my car. More

Great experience I was driving and the oil light came up on my car. I pulled over and seen that the car was dipping oil. I called BMW and they was able to take me on t I was driving and the oil light came up on my car. I pulled over and seen that the car was dipping oil. I called BMW and they was able to take me on the spot and give me a loaner car so I can continue my day. They keep me updated and was to fix everything in one day. And my service guy was great. More
