She suggested that I go for a ride with one of the mechanics so that I could identify my concerns. His name was Matt. It was an excellent suggestion which led to the service team being able to pinpoint the car issues readily. Both Tona and Matt are great to work with and went above and beyond to make my experience with BMW a painless one. More

Oil change service I was very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgeport. From their scheduling process to the end. They were so kind to not only drop me off at wor I was very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgeport. From their scheduling process to the end. They were so kind to not only drop me off at work but they also picked me up. While I waited I noticed that the premises where very clean. They had courtesy drinks and snacks. The staff where all very pleasant. What I loved as well was that BMW diagnosed the engine light and explained it to me and didn’t charge me for that like other dealers do! They didn’t try to upsell me any unnecessary services like my prior experiences with other dealerships and to me this is a big deal ! I will definitely be back for next oil change or when I’m ready to upgrade my vehicle. Thank you BMW! More

Accomodating and helpful This is a bmw dealer, so prices will be as you can expect. Service is very good because of the high caliber customer service people who deal with you. From the moment you arrive to when you leave, they truly listen to your concern and will get you on your way. My concern was minor and I watched another customer get the news on his fender bender and that was done in just as professional a way as you can imagine. The news was not good and you could see the owner visibly relaxing once he knew what they were dealing with and that they could fix it the next week while he would use a loaner. Some other customers came through while we were waiting and their Interactions reflected trust and satisfaction. If you are driving a BMW and are living in the bridgeport area I would recommend bmw of bridgeport for service. More
