Easiest buying experience ever. This is our second cpo BMW. The car was delivered as if it were new. I expected scratches, etc, being a used car. Checkout of loaner and paying for work on vehicle was Q&E. Thx a million. He is the BMW Genius at the dealership and knows all the in's and out's of every vehicle in the inventory. I first met Charles during a test drive for an X1 with my wife, where he was more than informative during the drive with some of the best features of the car. Despite not going with the X1, I eventually decided on a 3 series, and once again Charles was able to help me during the initial set up with everything I needed prior to taking the car home. He was very personable, and gave me his personal contact should I need anything in the future. I was able to call him on his cell after business hours, and he was more than happy to assist me with resetting the home location of the Nav, and other features I was unsure of. The best part is he was talking me through everything without looking at anything. Very, very knowledgeable and passionate about BMW and it comes across as such. Thank you again Charles! More
