I would need to write the great American novel to express my feelings and pleasure about my experience with the staff I identified below...Jonathan was a pleasure to meet and work with since he was more than my feelings and pleasure about my experience with the staff I identified below...Jonathan was a pleasure to meet and work with since he was more than willing to provide me with any information and examples of the car I wanted...two different vehicles since I wasn't really interested in the first one. I by chance saw the one that I was interested in and Jonathan went and got the key and gave me the full tour of it. We talked about several different scenarios about taking ownership and I settled on leasing only to change my mind the next day and I decided on purchasing the vehicle. This is where Victoria went out of her way to patiently provide examples until I was satisfied. Everything finally fell into place and Glen took over to guide me through the vehicle, what a storehouse of knowledge with a great personality like the others I mentioned. Finally, I couldn't ask for a more understanding manager in Chris. He was respectful in handling my personal requests with respect to the final purchase price and displayed enthusiasm for my final decision to purchase the 330. In conclusion, the staff that assisted me in the purchase was the reason why I have purchased my third BMW since 2010. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone that is looking for a BMW to contact any of the above people. One last thing that impressed me about Jonathan was his ability to converse with me about things we had in common...what a great salesperson. Thanks again. RAC More

Add to that his willingness to come in on New Years Eve day to accommodate my desire to simply test drive a couple of vehicles and what you have is a quality individual. I'm not sure if it's their policy but not having a Sales Manager saunter out to blow smoke on the deal was also a nice touch. I also had an excellent experience with Victoria as well, everything presented/offered was done so professionally and without any undue salesmanship often seen in the Finance office. Last but not least was the vehicle review with Glen, his expertise was delivered efficiently and effectively and was surprisingly illuminating to someone who prides himself on knowing everything about his vehicle! Everyone I encountered at this dealership is pleasant and easy to talk to from the person at the front desk to the sales team. I was not impressed with the woman in charge of financing and paperwork, howeve easy to talk to from the person at the front desk to the sales team. I was not impressed with the woman in charge of financing and paperwork, however. Scaring people into spending thousands of dollars on maintainence plans and gap insurance was a turn off and when I said no thank you, she called me crazy and showed me a list of people on her computer who made the “same mistake”. Im not sure if she makes a commission on the upsells, but it was a little much. Love my salsa team though!! More
