I would need to write the great American novel to express my feelings and pleasure about my experience with the staff I identified below...Jonathan was a pleasure to meet and work with since he was more than my feelings and pleasure about my experience with the staff I identified below...Jonathan was a pleasure to meet and work with since he was more than willing to provide me with any information and examples of the car I wanted...two different vehicles since I wasn't really interested in the first one. I by chance saw the one that I was interested in and Jonathan went and got the key and gave me the full tour of it. We talked about several different scenarios about taking ownership and I settled on leasing only to change my mind the next day and I decided on purchasing the vehicle. This is where Victoria went out of her way to patiently provide examples until I was satisfied. Everything finally fell into place and Glen took over to guide me through the vehicle, what a storehouse of knowledge with a great personality like the others I mentioned. Finally, I couldn't ask for a more understanding manager in Chris. He was respectful in handling my personal requests with respect to the final purchase price and displayed enthusiasm for my final decision to purchase the 330. In conclusion, the staff that assisted me in the purchase was the reason why I have purchased my third BMW since 2010. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone that is looking for a BMW to contact any of the above people. Everyone I encountered at this dealership is pleasant and easy to talk to from the person at the front desk to the sales team. I was not impressed with the woman in charge of financing and paperwork, howeve easy to talk to from the person at the front desk to the sales team. I was not impressed with the woman in charge of financing and paperwork, however. Scaring people into spending thousands of dollars on maintainence plans and gap insurance was a turn off and when I said no thank you, she called me crazy and showed me a list of people on her computer who made the “same mistake”. Im not sure if she makes a commission on the upsells, but it was a little much. Love my salsa team though!! More

Seamless experience I decided to take the plunge on a CPO 5 series and started my shopping close to home in Bridgeport. First stop and I am treated to smiles and an offe I decided to take the plunge on a CPO 5 series and started my shopping close to home in Bridgeport. First stop and I am treated to smiles and an offer of a hot coffee or cold drink. I then was linked up with Charles from their sales staff and learned that he was formerly a "BMW Genius" and had been promoted to sales. A.) I love it when companies promote from within and B.) who better to demo a car than a product "genius"? I informed Charles of the vehicles I wanted to see / drive and we were off on a spirited run up route 8 / 25. Charles explained many features of the vehicle, pointed out key features that made the car both elegant and fun to drive. We got back to the dealership and looked at another ride but the "first impression" car was perfect for me. After some easy paperwork and a very fair offer on my trade in, I was shaking hands on my "new to me" 2016 535xi, a CPO car with only 32K on the odometer. Charles then introduced me to Victoria in the finance department and she and I went through the paperwork and extended warranty options. I never felt pressured, but properly informed as she explained the many protection options available to me. Again, a long term employee of the dealership who was a pleasure to work with. The car was detailed and ready to go for me to pick up only hours later, when I was introduced to Glen, the BMW Genius that paired my phone, explained many of the vehicles options. He showed me how to safely operate a powerful on board infotainment / navigation system using 100% voice prompts. Glen was very safety conscious, explaining that a driver's concentration is on the road, and the car supports that level of concentration. Yet another BMW of Bridgeport employee whose pride in his work showed. I would recommend visiting my new friends in Bridgeport if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned car, and I would highly recommend Charles, a young guy who knows these vehicles inside out. More
