I just purchased an X2 from BMW of Bridgeport and could not have been happier with the experience. Kelly was well informed, helpful and low pressure as we considered our purchase and test drove vehicles. H not have been happier with the experience. He was available during of hours to talk and worked out getting us an excellent deal and communicated with me while I was traveling on business. The car (a lightly used service loaner car) was ready and immaculate on the day of pickup. Victoria was equally pleasant and helpful as we decided on warranty and service options. We will definitely use BMW of Bridgeport again in the future. More

Incredibly efficient process - had spoken to Kade about a car that I wanted over the phone. He gave me all the info I need and even took videos of the car for me to show me all the interiors and exteriors so car that I wanted over the phone. When I got into the showroom, there was no bait and switch - got exactly what we agreed and discussed and was out of the showroom in less than 2 hours (which included time for them to demo the cars features for me). Kade was incredibly honest and straightforward, and was a pleasure to work with. He also followed up multiple times with me after the sale to make sure I had what I need and was happy and satisfied. Mike in finance was also great - I never once felt like I was being taken for a ride. Overall, seems to me that this isn’t the typical dealer given their honesty and willingness to deliver on customer service. More
