As we were buying a pre-loved BMW and were not sure which car we wanted, our client advisor, Mike Ciufo arranged for us to test drive different models to help us make our decision. We were hoping to find a car with certain options within our budget and rather than trying to up-sell us, Mike went out of his way to find what we were looking for. After deciding on the car we worked with Mike Liberatore for financing. Mike made sure that we understood everything as he walked us through the entire process. Before we knew it, we were in our new car learning all about its features courtesy of Anthony, our BMW Genius. Anthony taught us about all of the features of our "Ultimate Drive Machine" and patiently answered all of our questions. Did some price comparison with other dealers and Charles Park knocked it out of the... well, Park. Got pricing in the afternoon, got approval from my better half in the evening, drove out with a new leased X3 that night. Could we have gotten it cheaper? Possibly. However, they did out-price the other dealers and they got us a price we were comfortable paying so in the end, that's all that matters. Dealerships have to make money too. But the selection was huge, the options were varied, and the process was easy. Now, I just have to become an expert at iDrive 7. More
