We purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. From the moment I sent a text inquiring about the vehicle to the moment I drove it off the lot, the service we received was impeccable. The staff answered our questions in a timely manner and even allowed us to view and test drive the Jeep before it was "dealer ready". They did a beautiful job cleaning the Jeep. We test drove it only days after they got it into their dealership. Jeeps pretty much sell themselves, even at a BMW dealership, so we were an easy sale. Mike and Matt were a pleasure to work with, were extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy and enjoyable. They understood we were Jeep owners and did not try to sell us a BMW. The dealership was clean and welcoming. We were acknowledged immediately and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and would buy a Jeep Wrangler here in the future. More

BMW of Bridgeport certainly knows a thing or two about great customer service. Why you might ask? Well, before settling on a X1 I visited another BMW dealer in the vicinity and was shocked that they could great customer service. Why you might ask? Well, before settling on a X1 I visited another BMW dealer in the vicinity and was shocked that they couldn't care less about even providing me with a quote -- I had my checkbook in hand and knew the model that I wanted and after two days of excuses I decided to bring my checkbook somewhere else -- the somewhere else was BMW of Bridgeport and after a quick test drive (remember I already knew what I wanted) I was signing papers to pick up my new car the following day. Every question was answered professionally and by knowledgeable staff. My new "favorite" car salesman is Kade Walker and my new "favorite" BMW dealership is BMW of BRIDGEPORT!
