Overall, our experience here was very good. Our salesman, Roy, was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Dealership was clean and several other employees were also helpful with accommodating our salesman, Roy, was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Dealership was clean and several other employees were also helpful with accommodating our needs. My only suggestion would be to get a bit more done before our arrival to pick up the vehicle. We waited for over a half hour before we were needed. Granted our appointment was when they opened up so maybe that was part of the issue. Our insurance agent was just contacted that morning. Not a huge deal though which is why I’m still giving 5 stars. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it to others! More

Very easy process to return my 330xi going off lease and to lease a 530xi. Victoria was just has helpful and courteous providing our options and explaining the paperwork that can be quite cumbersome. I'd like to also give a special mention to, Glen (I apologize if that is not his name, that's what I remember.), he took the time to review the features of the car and atually have me experience them before I left the dealership. He was patient, but what I noticed most, he was passionate about these cars and what they have to offer. All round wonderful experience! More
