Conroy/"Roy" was VERY patient, attentive & successful at meeting all of my wants/needs for my CPO vehicle. Although I feel there could've been more done to remedy the cosmetic issues w/ my vehicle, however, meeting all of my wants/needs for my CPO vehicle. My purchase of a preowned BMW at BMW of Bridgeport was one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences I have enjoyed and having purchased over 40 vehicles in my life, that says a lot. I felt like I was buying a car from a team of experts. Three exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive and friendly sales people each took time with me showing me the car, the test drive, answering questions and post sale walking me patiently through the myriad of technology. When I found out I owed $13.64 of property tax, which had actually been paid but not properly credited to my account but nonetheless delayed my registration, they found a comfortable way to get me in my new car that day and without me ever asking. These are the people you want to buy a car from....especially a new or used BMW. Their F&I department is super friendly and the price I paid wAs considered a GREAT value on car fax. Six stars in my book. More

Car buying is always a stressful situation especially during the pandemic that we are all living in.
