Service was pleasant and communicated frequently. No issue on recall notice for air bag replacement, the main issue for bringing car in.However they did not /would not even check a requested and known l issue on recall notice for air bag replacement, the main issue for bringing car in.However they did not /would not even check a requested and known left tail light out, until after they got approval to replace discolored bulbs that were working fine. After my several tries to explain the tail light / running light was the issue, they could / would not understand. After I agreed to replace the discolored but working bulbs and they did so, they suddenly understood the tail light issue. I wanted to know the tail light failure reason , before spending money on working brake lights. No real answer was given for tail light, except need to replace full tail light assembly on both sides for ~$300. Way to much wasted time back and forth for a simple topic. Sighhhhh, still a good service call. But no washing this time. More
