I choose BMW of Bridgeport because they had the car I wanted back in 2019. The last 2 times I visited the service dept I had a less than good experience. With Covid and the guidelines I would have expect wanted back in 2019. The last 2 times I visited the service dept I had a less than good experience. With Covid and the guidelines I would have expected the dealership to go above and beyond and both times I was let down. For BMW I expected more!! More

My repair was completed quickly, and I received good advice on prioritizing future maintenance and service items in accordance with my financial budget.
