Natalie was the primary person we worked with and in two words...she was genuine and honest. It's a quality we didn't expect at a car dealership. There was great communication and follow-up by her and she truly wanted to do the best for us. She also has a terrific personality and is fun too - I know that's not critical to the buying process, but, it's icing on the cake and really made for a very positive experience.
