We bought a preowned truck several months ago and had a very pleasant experience with Stacey. So when we were shopping for another vehicle, I contacted him about a CRV. Once again, Stacey took care of u very pleasant experience with Stacey. So when we were shopping for another vehicle, I contacted him about a CRV. Once again, Stacey took care of us. He truly wants his customers to be happy and will do everything he can to please you. He took care of all concerns with the vehicle and we drove it away like a new car. I purchased a preowned 2018 540i from this dealer. First off, I am very happy with the car. This is my 3rd BMW and it still lives up to the "ultimate driving machine" slogan. However, I can't say much go off, I am very happy with the car. This is my 3rd BMW and it still lives up to the "ultimate driving machine" slogan. However, I can't say much good thing about this dealership. The vehicle did not have the front license plate mount and I called the sales rep and he said he was going to send me one. 2 weeks later, it still had not arrive. I called again, and he told me that I have to pay for the 2nd one. I told him that I had not receive on but he said he sent it. But he could not provide me with tracking info. I was upset, and he finally sent me one along with the registration. I think the conversation was uncalled and very unprofessional. BMW of Bridgeport charged me $450 for the registration and told me that it will refund me the balance. The transfer of plate in NY state is approx. $60. After a month not getting any refund, I started calling their finance department. None of my calls were answered or returned. After 2 and a half months, I received a refund check of $144 in the mail. I called again trying to get a breakdown of the $306 that I was charged. Again, never got an answer because no one is there to take the call, and no one returned my phone call. Until I get an explanation, I feel that this dealership had cheated me out of $250 and totally ignored my inquiry. I also called their technical assistant trying to get an clarification of one of the car's functions. Again, I didn't get anyone or any returned phone call neither. I conclude that this is a very non-responsible dealer who was only interested to sell you a car, take your money (and more) and run. I will not recommend this dealership. More

My salesperson was excellent his name is Kade. My car was not detailed as well as was expected. I also had 3/4 of a tank. No Drivers Manuel papers in glovebox from previous person who leased car.
