A lot of car dealers in my experience can be very good at what they do...but they do not think about the Customer beyond the immediate need. Walter Modeen, and BMW of Bridgeport, really understood what was what they do...but they do not think about the Customer beyond the immediate need. Walter Modeen, and BMW of Bridgeport, really understood what was going on with me and my car, and went the extra mile. They were so good, that I asked Walter's advice on my son's Mustang...I had hoped they would service it there! Everything is organized, efficient and friendly. I actually thought the young lady at the reception desk was someone my kids knew since she was so nice to me. There is no doubt in my mind that this is where I will buy BMWs and have mine serviced in the future. You folks have a real winner here. More

Walter was the first person I meet when I got in the building. I told him i was there helping my 70 year old aunt to find a used 325xi. Through an unexpected turn of events brought on by a highly pleasant and upbeat individual, I found myself embarking on a journey that I wouldn’t soon regret. I am not going to detail my whole enjoyable experience, but just say: How it began…I was just looking to grab some information on the M3 (get in, get out!) What I found…Someone that was extremely knowledgeable and had me feeling very “at home” – never felt a sales pitch coming on, just a genuine concern to help answer my questions which lead me to ask more of them. What I got...Was motivated! Her charismatic nature and joy of talking cars was great. It reminded me why I was a BMW enthusiast. What I bought...And yes I did end up buying, not an M3, even better (thanks to her), an M5, which words don’t do that experience justice – except “Thank you Jodie”. What I received...Aside from the obvious, was a truly enjoyable buying experience that all should have the pleasure of experiencing!!!! The staff at BMW of Bridgeport is second to none! Jodie Seiders was fantastic and made the whole process seem effortless. She continues to be a great contact if I ever need help or have questions about anything. I was pleasantly surprised to find Tona Zarrelli, my service advisor from Lexus at Bridgeport of BMW. She had always taken such good care of me in the past--she is thorough, friendly, efficient and pro service advisor from Lexus at Bridgeport of BMW. She had always taken such good care of me in the past--she is thorough, friendly, efficient and professional and the only thing that has changed is the car! Moses (also formerly of Lexus) gave me a lift to my office and brought me back to pick up my car. They made it easy to accomplish my service on a hectic work day! Tona responds quickly and positively to all service inquiries and requests. Tona always schedules appointments as quickly as possible, always details exactly what is to be done and the cost associated inquiries and requests. Tona always schedules appointments as quickly as possible, always details exactly what is to be done and the cost associated with those services or repairs and immediately notifies me when something unexpected comes up once her team is under the hood. Tona always makes me feel welcome so that it feels as if I am not going to a "car repair shop" but to a friend's house to get my BMW worked on. Tona has my well deserved trust as far as my BMW goes. Gentlemen: I've been in sales/marketing for years and am qualified to say that being "customer orientated" is easy when you have a sale pending ... however, consider just how difficult it would be to go the extra mile for a customer when your job is to handle customer complaints 24/7. In a nutshell, you have the baseline challenge for the service department of any auto dealer - never does a customer make an appointment and bring in his/her car to tell the service department just how great the car is performing! Considering the above, and the fact that we have five (5) BMW dealers within easy driving distance - we took our new BMW that was purchased out of state to BMW of Bridgeport, and more specifically, Mr. Walter Modeen. Walter has gone the extra mile and has given us the after the sale support that was promised by a BMW dealer in South Carolina. Clearly, Walter is not only a team player for BMW of Bridgeport, he is fully committed to the BMW/USA service standard that will keep us driving our current BMW and purchasing more BMW's in the future.
