I just purchased my 3rd car from BMW of Bridgeport and again had the most outstanding experience! Car salesmen get a bad reputation but David Baylis could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and f again had the most outstanding experience! Car salesmen get a bad reputation but David Baylis could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was a dream to work with and made the whole buying experience incredibly pleasant. Not only is he amazingly knowledgeable about the cars but excellent at helping you figure out what the right car is for you without ever being pushy. I have never worked with a car salesman like him before! The whole process could not have been easier and BMW of Bridgeport is the best BMW dealership I have ever been to. The layout is great, the staff is friendly and they have a great collection of cars. It is so nice to walk away knowing that you got the best service, the best salesperson at the right price...no buyer's remorse here!! More
Kurt was very pleasant to work with in spite he was a clean-aholic :-) LOL. We'll be back in about three years to see Kurt and upgrade to a newer BMW model. I went in for a test drive of the 2010 X5, but was told that there were no more 2010's so I drove a 2011 X5 and fell in love with it! David was charming, low-keyed, and was full of facts and information about the car, and, most important, not pushy. I put a deposit down on the car immediately! I was recommended to BMW of Bridgeport by a friend who just leased a car (not sure of the model) and she was very happy with the dealer and the price. So I was sold! Everyone there was helpful. I needed to come back to get some fingerprints out of the door mouldings and the service was quick, successful and he told me to come back anytime if the same problem happens. We called for some info on a car we saw on line. We were directed to Kurt.Right from the first phone conversation we noticed his mannors and good demenor. He was helpful and a straight shooter. For starters, like many, I hate shopping for cars....The hassle, the haggle.....Just not that much fun. I was looking for a pre-owned BMW and had actually located one at a different dealership when I too hassle, the haggle.....Just not that much fun. I was looking for a pre-owned BMW and had actually located one at a different dealership when I took one last look at the inventory that BMW of Bridgeport had to offer. Literally on the eve of my purchase of another car (same model, same color, same mileage +/-), I checked out the cars available through the Bridgeport location and lo and behold the car that I was looking for was available there. I made an appointment on Tuesday morning for Tuesday evening. Test drove the car, ran some numbers and cut a deal for the vehicle that night. There were a few minor snafus in setting up the paperwork etc, but to Kurt's credit and to the credit of the staff at BMW of Bridgeport, they have gone out of their way to make things right. I picked up the car last Thursday. I am very happy so far. I hope to be driving my gently used BMW for the next few years. I would like to note that Kurt Kressu was very easy to work with and was not the typical "car salesman". He truly helped make the experience pleasurable. More
I called from cars.com ad for Bill and he was readily available, efficient, informative, polite. I came from MA to see 2 cars and Kurt took care of me from then on. I bought a car in 1.5 hours. Came back a week later and picked it up, after Kurt cut all the red tape. What a professional group! Not pushy, took the time to answer questions efficiently without opinions. They all smiled and were easy to work with. Jeff the Bus Mgr was thorough and efficient as well. I will likely go out of my way to have the car serviced there as well. More
I had an excellent recent experience with this dealership in leasing an X-3. I worked with John Rossetti and found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. A competing dealership in CT didn't make a similar effort. It was a pleasant experience without pressure or condescension. More

Our sales person, Kurt Krassu, was instrumental in helping us choose the car that was right for us. He really worked within our budget and was not pushy or overly aggressive. He simply gave us the facts, showed us all the options on the car and what they cost, and let us make our decision, which was a great feeling. Thanks a lot Kurt! More
