Well this dealer is good if you want to lied to and taken for a ride. They sure sound like you are the customer they need, till they find out they can take advantage of you. If you spend all your cash on their dinan line and you come in with aftermarket parts be sure they will VOID your warranty. I have been to this dealer twice and own two bmw's(03 m3, 05 x5), they have left such a foul taste in my mouth that i am planning on selling the two and never coming back to bmw, which i have been a loyal customer of since 1996. My first pre-owned BMW purchase, and the experience at BMW of Brideport was great. Jason Merced was very friendly, and very attentive to my questions. I was able to submit most of the paperwork via Fax and Email, and taking delivery was quick and painless. The facility is beautiful and plan to have services performed there despite there being other delaerships that are more convenient. Highly recommended. More
Gary was an amazing salesman to work with. He took the time to truly listen to what I wanted out of a car and went above and beyond to find me the ideal vehicle. On a car where the was very little wiggle room, not only based on the dealerships pricing but based on information I had from a contact in the industry, he was able to get me to the price I wanted to be at for the vehicle I wanted to be in. Gary was not only incredibly friendly and helpful but put in that extra effort which set him apart from any other salesman I met with at multiple dealerships. This is the reason I purchased my car from him now and will do so again in the future. More
I went into the dealership to testdrive the new 128i convertible and was greeted warmly by Gary Tiger, a new client advisor to BMW of Bridgeport. He was very helpful, friendly, and easygoing. Not only was he easy to talk to, but very knowledgeable about the car and never made me feel pressured to make the sale. After falling in love with the vehicle on first test drive, I decided to lease the 2011 128i convertible and I have not regretted it one bit. Gary made the whole transaction seemless and very pleasant. In fact, I drove my car home the very next day! It has now been just over a month since the new addition to my driveway and I could not be happier. The car rides very smoothly and I take the top down every day it's not raining (even if I have to have the heated seats on with the heater). Love, Love, Love it! More
I was in the market to lease an entry-level luxury sedan. I headed over to BMW of Bridgeport because of its many consistently positive reviews. Based on these reviews, I actually drove 30 minutes to the East, bypassing the BMW dealership in Darien. I did not regret my decision. Ended up leasing a 2011 BMW 328xi (which I am in love with by the way....) Gary Tiger and Tim Coughlin went out of their way for me, even providing me a free-of-charge loaner for a 500-mile roadtrip that I needed to make while I was waiting (3 days) for my car to arrive from another dealership(!) Gary Tiger, a new employee here, is a genuinely nice man (coaches sports at his local high school) and very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and service oriented. Tim Coughlin, the owner/GM, put together the deal I was looking for without a lot of hassle. We'll see how these guys come through on the service end, but so far I have been very impressed. After I got home, I checked the TMV of the exact vehicle I'm leasing and realized that the base vehicle price they had used to calculate the lease was right at invoice. Overall, I tend to be very suspicious of car dealers, and walk into the situation with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. But I have to say, these guys get an A+ in my book. More

Tona has managed the care of all four BMWs I have owned, even the one I bought elsewhere. She treats me like aa valued customer, even if I have opted to have routuine maintenence done closer to home, and haven't brought my car in to Bridgeport for service in several months. More
So, I went on the internet and sent my request to 4 BMW dealerships of what I wanted, and who could offer the best price. I got 2 quotes from 2 dealers and no meaningful response from North Haven or Watert dealerships of what I wanted, and who could offer the best price. I got 2 quotes from 2 dealers and no meaningful response from North Haven or Watertown. I heard from Bridgeport almost immediately. Kurt, the salesman, and I went back and forth a few times. He gave me what I wanted at the price I wanted. No nonsense, no hassle. I went to pick up the car, signed the papers, and drove away in a 2011 318xI. It was clearly the easiest and most relaxing way to get a car. This is my 6th new car, and the least painful of all my experiences. Thank you Kurt, and Bridgeport BMW. You get 5 stars from us. When you go there for the service please check all your paperwork and condition of your own car and the loaner VERY carefully. You may be really badly surprised when it comes to the services and friendliness of the people that you once thought were honest and nice.Today was the last time I was dealing with that dealer. When you go to buy a car they are all nice and friendly until they got you. Don't believe in certified pre-owned also - the cars they sell are not in the condition they want you to believe they are. Untill the factory pays them for everything they do to your car they'll help you - then you on your own. If they see that you don't have money and lawyers behind you their honesty is simply gone. More
