Jared, while we fully respect your rights to express your opinion, we do feel ALL the facts should be brought to light. This was the first time we have ever seen you at our dealership. You brought your car 2003 car in that has expired its warranty since 2007. You were looking for a free repair to your rear subframe. BMW inspected your vehicle and declined to assist based on major modifications that YOU made to your car. You are angry at BMW of Bridgeport because we would not LIE to the manufacturer about the condition of your car in order to get the repairs done. You mention Dinan, who have nothing to do with this issue, and any voiding of warranty is not applicable due to the vehicles warranty expiring in 2007. BMW of Bridgeport holds one of the highest customer satisfaction indexes in the state, so please atleast post facts. Eric Lowenbein Service Manager

We take any and all complaints against our dealership very seriously, as we truly strive to offer the best service we can. In reviewing your history, I can see that we have always managed to get coverage and rectify your issues. The reason for your current complaint is the result of us holding you responsible for damage to a wheel on our loaner car. We gave you the use of a brand new BMW to drive while we serviced your vehicle. At the time the car was given to you, the vehicle was inspected for damage with you. You signed off on the vehicle report that it was free of damage. Upon the vehicle return check in process, damage was found on one of the wheels. You claimed you could not have done that damage. It was a new vehicle, and you acknowledged it was damage free when you took it. I apologize that you feel we have taken advantage of you some how. We only enforced the rules that we are very clear about when loaning vehicles. Eric Lowenbein Service Manager
