Kurt is very good to work with and easy going. I appreciated the fact he didn't engage in the hard sell schtick I encountered at two other BMW dealerships in Connecticut. My wife and I worked with Tom Ballou. He was fantastic and actually made the experience enjoyable. He put us at ease; gave us what I consider to be a good deal; made candid, money-saving recommendations; and actually made the experience enjoyable. Jeff was also a delight to work with. In Tom 's absence, John R. gave us the final walk-through of the car. He was also patient and helpful. I would have given everyone and every thing a perfect rating, but when we picked up the car, a few touch up paint items were not done and certain areas of the interior of the car had not been adequately detailed. There we a few items I wanted done before delivery and these were handled exactly as they said; no hassels. Communication was excellent. John took some vacation during the sales process, but he still answered his e-mails and voice mails promptly. They always got back within 1 business day, or less. Jeff of the Finance Dept was prompt and informative as well. They shipped the car out to Dallas and this too went well. A friendly, professional dealer and I would use this dealer again and had absolutley no problems, or issues. They made buying a BMW very easy and pleasant, which is not always the case with BMW dealers around the country. More

He had me look at, and sit in another sales assoc. new 128i that was brand new, to help me see what all the latest options looked like and how they would work for me. This personalized service, along with a friendly staff made my decision to lease/purchase from this dealership so easy. They are all very professional and knowledgable about their products, they strive to make the purchase fun and easy. You can go online and actually see your car being made at the factory in Germany. The transition from the trade in of my old car to purchasing my new car was seamless and very easy. I got a fair deal on my trade in and I am THRILLED with my new car!!! The BMW 128i with the M package is just an incredible car---very fast, handles like a dream, shifts like a race car. You feel like you are in a high tech/high powered machine---SO FUN! More
