I initially met with Jason last week and he was friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy. This is my first BMW and I had a lot of questions. Jason helped me (versus "sold" me) on getting into a BMW for the first time and was very patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. After a week of pondering my options, BMW was the best choice for me and Jason made all the difference. The rest of the staff was also helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in not just a great driving experience, but a great buying experience as well. In the past, I have felt condesended to or almost rude behavior from dealerships in spite of the fact that I was willing and able to buy a new BMW. Idid not feel anything of the sort from Bridgeport. Futher, they were better stocked with second-hand cars than any other car dealer in Connecticut. The salesman, Kurt, was helpful and willing to spend as much time as I needed and explain any thing I was confused about.
