Kurt was great. I had dealt with another dealership and felt like they did not care about whether I leased or not. They were not returning call about buying my car coming off lease as well as they would n felt like they did not care about whether I leased or not. Jason worked hard to meet my expectation on sales price and trade in and I purchased the day of my first visit. He helped me find cheaper financing outside of BMW as well, and even helped with my insurance company They processed the sale faster than any other dealer I've worked with and I wa able to drive home with the vehicle about an hour after makin the deal. I am usually very cautious when buying cars but David was able to make me feel comfortable and answer all questions, concerns and offer insights into what may be the best model for my needs, at no point ever trying to force me into a decision or steer me to a car that didn't make sense for what I required. i researched my vehicle thoroughly before going to a dealer, and then i researched dealers. i chose bmw of bridgeport because it had several x3's in inventory, and a bigger inventory in general, compar dealer, and then i researched dealers. i chose bmw of bridgeport because it had several x3's in inventory, and a bigger inventory in general, compared to another dealer which was a bit closer. i wanted to check out the rear seating for space. i also wanted to compare the sport seats with the regular seats [liked the sport seats], and see if i wanted the heads up display [no]. i later learned that the fact that bmw of bridgeport is a high volume, center-of-excellence dealer probably got me an earlier production slot than i might have received elsewhere. the fact that the dealer was rated very highly on this website also contributed to my decision to go there. i looked over the reviews of their salespeople, and saw that they were all positive. the fact that kurt kressu had by far the most reviews led me to conclude that he sold a lot of vehicles and thus knew how to get a deal done. i emailed kurt and arranged a time to come in. i spent a little time checking out the rear seat, the various front seat choices and the heads up display and then sat down to negotiate a price. he sat at his computer and i had my laptop open in front of me with all the info i had on pricing, and a lease calculator. we went through the options i had chosen, agreed on what the msrp was and then i asked kurt to give me a price. he offered a price within $100 of the lowest price i could get through truecar at a dealer several hundred miles away. i thought that was reasonable and agreed. we were done in very little time. but wait, there's more... i wanted to do a performance center delivery. [pcd, highly recommended, a lot of fun and a unique experience that really teaches you what you're paying for. i took my son along and it was a blast.] kurt handled the arrangements very efficiently, and communicated promptly with me via email. on the whole, kurt made it a very easy transaction, and was very helpful in setting up the pcd. so far my experience with bmw of bridgeport, and with kurt kressu, has been a pleasure.
