I love my new 328i xdrive!! This car is Fantastic. The Dealership from start to finish by far beats all other dealerships. Everyone was great! in at 10am and left by 12:30 with a brand new car. Ernie was a wonderful salesman. He was to-the-point, polite, and worked with me to get the car delivered in 24 hours. I literally called on a Wednesday and by Thursday was driving the new car home. Jason Merced is the best salesperson I've ever met. He will make sure that the history of car is according to your standard. As dealership service departments go, Bridgeport BMW has been very good. They are accommodating and willing to be price competitive when routine maintenance is needed. I had priced BMWs at several dealerships and approached Bridgeport late in the process. At that stage I knew exactly what I wanted and had thoroughly researched the price. Jason acknowledged this right away and pulled no surpises in delivering the car on time and on the price they had agreed to. Sounds simple, but in negotiating with another dealership at the same time, they did their best to make it murky and unclear. Jason knew the car and features cold and was able to arrange the deal quickly to my specifications. I would also commend Glen Ramsteck who was the one who educated me on the cars features - good first overview and terrific response for any follow up questions along the way. All in all, I was very pleased working with these guys. More

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW. The verbal price they gave me was not honored when I got there to test drive the car and they would not budge on the price, even though the difference was less than $100. gave me was not honored when I got there to test drive the car and they would not budge on the price, even though the difference was less than $100. We'd agreed that I'd trade in my old car and drive out with the new one. After I spent time transferring my insurance to a new policy, they decided to do a 3 hour repair for a recall (that they'd told me earlier was not urgent and could be done in the next month). They promised the car would be delivered the following day, but called the next morning to say it wasn't ready. They finally delivered the car 2 days after I had paid for it. And they actually expected my praise since they had driven 40 miles to deliver the car to me. They also charged me more than BMW's MSRP for a 5-year Tire & Wheel Warranty, even after I told them that BMW Corporate had quoted me the rate. Since this car uses Run Flat tires, the Warranty is pretty much required, so I was in a no-win situation. They also gave me 45 minutes to make this decision because the Finance & Warranty salesperson was leaving for the day. They told me that there would not be anyone who could write this Warranty for me the following day. Last, the car's alignment was not right They told me I did not know how to correctly test the alignment, even though the car had clearly pulled to the left 4 times during the test drive. They fixed it, but it still pulls to the left. After all this, two of the employees had the nerve to say, 'we hope that the difference in price isn't going to affect any customer survey you may fill out', and 'please give me a good rating in the customer survey because it affects my job'! Be warned, this dealership may not be a good experience for you. More
