Unlike the 1st time I went, I was unsure of what type of car to buy. The client adviser, Kurt Kressu, was very helpful. He was patient and allowed me the time to consider what was the best option for me. I ended up test driving 2 different models (3-series manual and X5 automatic). I love manual transmission and Kurt did not try to talk me out of a manual. Something many, many dealerships have tried to do. I had a trade-in and the value BMW of Bridgeport gave was better than I expected. I ended up buying the 3-series manual. The entire trade-in was professionally handled by the staff. I really appreciate the ease of buying a car at BMW of Bridgeport. The sales staff was friendly without being "pushy." I really like this dealership! More

I got more than I expected for my used car and paid well less than kbb for 2011 328xi. .9 financing and first payment was paid by bmw really could not have asked for more in a certified pre owned bmw still with factory warranty on it. Best part about it I was looking at one 328xi would have bought it but jason put me in another 328xi that was SO much nicer and pretty much the same monthly payment with all the options . He took the time to put me in the car that was right for me he didn't just "make the sale". I was at a "mom and pop" car lot looking at the same car and with no warranties not certified pre owned and that salesman would have just put me in that car to make the sale. When I drove off the lot they would have been done with me , by using jason and bmw of Bridgeport I have a warranty and feel like I was not all alone. This will make me go back for repeat business. Also Jason's assistant Isaiah was excellent. Overall a+ . More

Jason Merced went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction from beginning to end. Because of the color I wanted (Estoril Blue) the car had to be ordered. Although it was a 6 week wait Jason was consistent and informative throughout the process. He kept me posted on changes and the progress of my car. I have kept in touch with Jason after the purchase and can tell you I feel extremely comfortable calling him at any time and asking a question, even if non-sales related.
