Highly Recommend This Dealership We had previously purchased a new 5 series BMW from this dealership in 2011. My wife and I were looking to purchase two new 2014 BMW's. Our first (and We had previously purchased a new 5 series BMW from this dealership in 2011. My wife and I were looking to purchase two new 2014 BMW's. Our first (and last) "stop" was to BMW of Bridgeport. Beginning with our sales associate, Ernie Ferrari, our experience could not have been better. Below please find the business practices that make Ernie and this dealership stand out: - Knowledge of Product(s) / - Listening Skills / - Encourage customers to order if they want a "loaded" vehicle / - friendliness of all support personnel, including the front desk, parts department, service advisors and finance team / - continuous follow-up as the cars were being manufactured. Above all, Ernie takes the time to understand his customers and deals with each in a manner that supports the buyers personality. Both cars arrived around the dates promised, and each was immaculate upon delivery. Finally, with so much technology built into the car, they leave plenty of time to make sure each customer fully understands the car and its capabilities. More

Lisa Crawford is a brilliant Client Advisor! She has such an inspiring wealth of knowledge on all things BMW and took her time sharing it with us. She is patient, kind, and doesn't hesitate to 'go the extra step' to make you comfortable and happy. After touring the inventory and taking a scenic test drive, we found the perfect car for me and I was able to pick it up the next business day! Catherine Rogers helped us with all the financing details and paperwork. She is a genuinely nice person all around and easy to talk to. She really takes the time to make sure you understand everything in detail. For the grand finale, Glen gave us a full and detailed tutorial on how to operate every single bell and whistle the car has to offer! I was able to drive home completely confident! I love my new BMW X1. I previously had the 328xi but the BMW X1 gives us just a touch more room for our family's needs but drives exactly like the 328xi which I loved. Awesome experience ! We purchased our new BMW from our salesman Kade. He made the process very easy and was so easy to deal with. We told him about about how much our cats mean to us and he even showed us pictures of his cats on his phone which was awesome. He was so friendly and knew everything about the car. At delivery he gave us a bmw gift bag which he had even went out a bought cat toys to put in the bag with everything else. Even if I hated the car I would of still bought it because of how great Kade was. But we love the car and love Kade! Thanks again!!!! More
