The people in service were very nice, however… I was at the dealer for almost an hour just to get my shuttle to work. I thought showing up for my 7:30 apt would get me on the shuttle sooner but I guess not the dealer for almost an hour just to get my shuttle to work. I thought showing up for my 7:30 apt would get me on the shuttle sooner but I guess not. Also, If I’m going to pay $100 for an oil change, I would expect my car to be way cleaner than they gave it back to me. I might as well go to a Firestone or Monroe to pay less for an oil change. More
My experience with BMW is very similar to my last one, this dealership is looking to steal your money. Last time I had an issued they attempted to charge me for the services, idk how my times this has occ this dealership is looking to steal your money. Last time I had an issued they attempted to charge me for the services, idk how my times this has occurred to other customers, but I paid for a premium maintenance package, everything is covered, and I would have been changed if I didn’t speak up. It was also strange to me that when the car was returned to me that items were touched that should have been, My dash camera was unplugged when I was simply getting an oil change. I was told that was normal at the time when I had called and asked why there were items moved in my vehicle. My distrust with the dealership started on this day. If it were up to me, I would want to personally watch my vehicle while it is being worked on. For those reading this review tread lightly around this dealership and don't believe everything they tell you, for the most part they will try to cover their own xxxxx rather then tell you the truth. My second experience this time was somewhat similar I had one lug nut that was installed too tight and needed to be removed because I almost stripped it down completely. This was a lug nut that the dealership installed. This should have taken a maximum time of 30 min. I was stuck waiting at the dealership for over 2 hours for something so simple, I was told my standard of time is different from theirs. I would advise you all to look up how much time it takes to remove a lung not, it's a simple tap and twist, no drilling or additional tools are required. I would have done the work myself if I knew it would come to this. Once the service was completed, I was changed 166 dollars to remove the single lug nut (no drilling was required, and I kept the nut just for proof). I had also purchased the wheel and tire package! When I purchased this package, I was told that everything wheel related would be covered. For some reason this isn’t …. (No reason was given). I wasn't until I got home the next day and went to finish working on my car when I noticed they had left a bolt that was stripped on my BMW. I don't know if this was their sad attempt for me to come back in to collect more cash from me be I had already had enough. I was later contacted be the dealership by an individual named JOHN OLAVARRIA, this individual only made matters worse. He had contacted me about my reviewed and offered to help. I brough all the bolts back and simply wanted an explanation. I was told to come back in so that we could speak, our first interaction was not good. After our very short conversation and I had realized that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this individual I simple asked for the bolts back and left the facility. I will never purchase a car from this dealership and I’m making sure all my friends and family also avoid this place. I will now take the extra 15 min drive in the opposite direction to North Haven just so that I can be treated with more respect and by someone who is not looking to nickel and dime me every time I go. The service there was by far more professional than the BMW dealership in Bridgeport. Thanks for asking me for a car wash and the 30-dollar credit to try and make things right. Making things right should have been your priority when I stepped in the door the first time. This place is a sad excuse for a “BMW dealership” and I believe there staff needs to be vetted again. Booked 9am appointment for battery change. I chose to wait for in the showroom for the service to be done. I was told it could possibly take up to 2.5 hours. The service was completely done in 2 hours. wait for in the showroom for the service to be done. I was told it could possibly take up to 2.5 hours. The service was completely done in 2 hours. The estimated price was $480.00 including parts and labor. Much to my surprise the price was $468.00..still a lot of money but I drove off feeling like I got a deal. I have used 2 other dealerships in the past. There always seemed to be issues upon checkout. I plan to return to this dealership for any further repairs. More
