My experience with Volkan and the team at BMW of Bridgeport was off the charts! I purchased my 2018 530ix on Saturday without ever seeing the vehicle and picked it up on Monday afternoon. The people in service were very nice, however… I was at the dealer for almost an hour just to get my shuttle to work. I thought showing up for my 7:30 apt would get me on the shuttle sooner but I guess not the dealer for almost an hour just to get my shuttle to work. Also, If I’m going to pay $100 for an oil change, I would expect my car to be way cleaner than they gave it back to me. I might as well go to a Firestone or Monroe to pay less for an oil change. More
