Arrogant and Rude - Stay away and drive to North Haven We have purchased two vehicles from these people. The can't we nice and helpful enough when they are taking your money BUT if you have any issues that We have purchased two vehicles from these people. The can't we nice and helpful enough when they are taking your money BUT if you have any issues that need to be resolved you can expect an attitude the very best that you are bothering them and more typically, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Having gone through half a dozen people during this last episode that kept turning me over to someone else that could help. Clearly nobody wanted to be bothered and shuffled me off to the next guy who and on and on. More

Their commitment to the highest level of attention and service transcends even their own mission statement - an unpretentious, no-pressure, car buying experience with people who truly care about putting you in a vehicle that best suits your lifestyle, personality, and budget, David Baylis has been my client advisor for each of my vehicles and he is truly an absolute pleasure......always responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. David is a passionate BMW enthusiast and his ownership of several different BMW's really adds incredible value when I want his perspective on which model best suits my own passion for exhilarating performance. David's enthusiasm, combined with his sensitivity to the wants and needs of his customers, ensures a pleasant and memorable purchase experience. However, my most recent purchase really touched my heart. The anticipation and excitement for my very first ///M car was met with the same enthusiasm from each person that took part in my delivery. David was extremely patient and accommodating, providing regular updates over the many, many months of waiting for an allocation. The moment the allocation was available, David called me and hearing his excitement only made my excitement grow tenfold. Glen Ramsteck (Delivery Specialist) spent just the right amount of time going over my new vehicle. He knew the features that were already familiar to me and spent considerably more time on features that were new or not available on my last car. Victoria Warner (Finance Center) contacted me before my delivery to provide full disclosure on my financing terms and to address any questions or concerns. This approach made me more comfortable and also allowed me sufficient time to work through and validate the numbers. Yet, the most memorable piece for me was the genuine enthusiasm from not only those mentioned above, but from additional staff that walked by and congratulated me, including my service advisor, Daniel, and the BMW Genius, Anthony. The entire team at BMW of Bridgeport is not only committed to providing the ultimate dealership experience, they are the epitome of excellence. More

Vincent made the sales process as seamless as possible. Moreover, his level of knowledge about the product line is 2nd to none. Compared to other dealerships in lower Fairfield County (which I shall NOT name), the staff here truly care about the customer and his/her needs. In addition, Anthony Dominicus & Mike Liberatore are the ultimate professionals and do their jobs with with the highest level of integrity. Keep up the great work gentlemen and I look forward to doing continued business in the coming years! More

His attention to my needs and intentions to answer all of my technical questions were second to none. There is nothing more annoying and disenchanting than to spend time at a dealership talking with advisors who know less than you. David was just the opposite. A true car enthusiast and a pleasure to talk and do business with. I'm now waiting for my M240i to be built and delivered in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend his assistance. More

It's as if he didn't want to no longer sell me the truck, instead he's trying to let me buy an newer truck. I was sitting there saying to myself either he promise someone else this car or my money wasn't good enough. He even have me put $200 to hold it because he wanted to make sure I was coming back. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. From recommending a car to you then tell you it's not the best anymore crazy. More
BMW Bridgeport Edited - Had a service appointment and in my opinion when the car's sub-frame was dropped, the loss of weight, plus the stress of it dropping, caused Edited - Had a service appointment and in my opinion when the car's sub-frame was dropped, the loss of weight, plus the stress of it dropping, caused multiple weaknesses to be exposed. My brake line was loose and sprayed fluid on my wheel and tire, my headlight's gasket came loose and water then entered the headlight, and I don't know how but my Cyl 3 was misfiring, but after switching the coil to Cyl 1 everything is back to normal. BMW repaired the brake line and move the coil while we figured out the headlight issue. More

When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, it had been fueled and detailed. The process went very smoothly from my interaction with the sales person, Tajh Harvey, through the finalizing of the financing with Ozzy. The time spent by the Guru John in reviewing all of the features of the car was extremely valuable, as this was my first BMW. More
