From minute we set foot in the showroom, looking to compare the X1, X3, and X5, Kelly was there to describe each of the vehicles and answer all of our questions; never once making us feel like we had to decide right that minute. A few weeks later we returned interested in a 2015 CPO X5. Again, no pressure. As we moved closure to deciding and working through cost comparison on another 2014 CPO X5 we saw at a different dealership, Kelly and Chris walked us through the option costs of each vehicle, gave us a just little bit more off the cost of their vehicle and let us ponder and decide. The next morning it was clear. We selected the CPO X5 at BMW of Bridgeport. It wasn't totally the cost that sold us. It was the friendly, professional service that we received from Kelly and everyone that made our decision easy. Kelly even went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our concern that the vehicle would fit in our garage...he personally drove the vehicle to our house to be sure it fit. Victoria, took over from here and walked us through all the financial aspects, warranties, service, atc...she was very patient and thorough and was sure that we understood everything, and all of our finance options. Also want to give kudos to the delivery specialist who walked us through every technical detail of this vehicle with precise explanations, and answers to all of our questions..simply amazing. Long story (and search) short, even though I ended up in an "off-brand" vehicle, the professionalism and excellence of every team member did not waver. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealer and even though the people I dealt with were different, the enthusiasm and professionalism did not change. He was prompt in tracking down information, was ready when I arrived to look at and drive the car, and he even dropped it at my house as I was traveling upon delivery. He brought his BMW specialist with him too and they went through a lot of the bells and whistles with my wife, who really appreciated that. Overall, I can’t say enough about what a great representative Kelly is for BMW of Bridgeport and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel like an individual, and not a number. More
