Excellent Experience I first came into this dealership with an unexpected service issue on December 4. From my first conversation with John in service, and subsequent interaction with Tona, the service experience was far and above anything I had experienced with my local BMW dealer near Waterbury. Several weeks later I was contacted about a trade. If not for the service experience I would not have entertained the trade, as my car was still running well, albeit over 5 years old and starting to have some minor issues. I worked with Mike on obtaining a 2018 340ix during the last week of 2017. The experience was seamless, easy, open, and successful. Victoria was also very pleasant to work with. The car is great so far. I will be doing all of my BMW business in Bridgeport from now on, despite having recently purchased another BMW X5 locally to me. More
