Outstanding Deal Almost as Good as the Customer Service! Kelly went out of his way to find us an even better vehicle than we went in there looking for. The vehicle we left with had more features than we tho Kelly went out of his way to find us an even better vehicle than we went in there looking for. The vehicle we left with had more features than we thought we would leave with AND those features didn’t cost us nearly what they should have. Beyond that, there was no “haggling” over the price. There was nothing to haggle over as the offer made to us far exceeded our expectations. This was our second BMW Bridgeport purchase and that loyalty was rewarded. We were treated with great respect and given an outstanding deal. This will not be our last BMW Bridgeport purchase. We are now customers for life. Victoria in the Business/Finance Office was also exceptionally easy and charming to deal with. So, from Kerri who set the appointment to Kelly who found us the car and made us such a great deal to Victoria who walked us through all our warranty and protection options, it was an outstanding experience. As the deal transpired, my client advisor was a breath of fresh air as he worked hard to find the exact car I really wanted. I felt he really had my interest at heart and not his interest. It made a huge difference. I highly recommend Ramon Felix if you want a salesperson who is willing to go the extra mile. Anthony helped me with the technology in the car, pairing my phone etc and he was super knowledgeable and personable. Thanks to everyone at BMW of Bport.
