Great and trouble-free service I had to use BMW of Bridgeport for a body work on my 2016 X6 - needed to repaint a heavily scratched front door. The Collision Center manager Chris wa I had to use BMW of Bridgeport for a body work on my 2016 X6 - needed to repaint a heavily scratched front door. The Collision Center manager Chris was very friendly, he was able to get all info from my insurance company on the spot, since I didn't bring any papers with me (I wanted to get an estimate first). I left the car at service the same day, Chris arranged for a rental to be delivered within 30 min. He dealt with my insurance to cover all repair costs (which were higher than insurance estimate), I didn't have to do anything. He also arranged for insurance to cover rental for 2 extra days. My car was ready within promised time frame and I wasnt charged any extra out-of-pocket costs. Great service! More
