Hurry up and wait Bodywork needed to be done. Played games with the insurance companies to maximize profit. My car was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. Instead it too Bodywork needed to be done. Played games with the insurance companies to maximize profit. My car was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. Instead it took 7.5 weeks. There was always an issue... they kept saying a few days more. They never would give me the full story. I asked a lot of questions but I don’t know all the right questions. Over time, I figured it out. So, I lost my car for 7.5 weeks, had a rental Nissan Sentra, and was paying for my BMW this whole time. When I thought it was as long as two weeks I decided to put off the work but they wouldn’t give me my car back. They knew they could make good money off the ins cos. Communication was poor at best. The guy taking care of me would never take my call. The body shop guy at least would text me back More

Great service in an emergency My 2018 530i with less than 2,000 miles on it experienced a sensor failure while we were on our way back from vacation. We called the dealership, told them when we expected to arrive, and they scheduled an appointment. Great Buying Experience From beginning to end my buying experience at BMW of Bridgeport was great. I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist quickly found Mike to h From beginning to end my buying experience at BMW of Bridgeport was great. I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist quickly found Mike to help. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in within 10 minutes. Mike was knowledgeable and had a great place to put the car through it's paces. When we got back Mike and I were able to cut to the chase and start the buying process. Once things moved over to the finance team for review, Mike kept me informed where things were at and made me and my wife feel comfortable. Victoria from the finance team was also very helpful with walking me through all of the warranty options, but not pressuring me into anything in particular. All in all, I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport as a great place to buy a car. More

Great service but run flat tires are a DRAG!
