Great Buying Experience From beginning to end my buying experience at BMW of Bridgeport was great. I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist quickly found Mike to h From beginning to end my buying experience at BMW of Bridgeport was great. I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist quickly found Mike to help. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in within 10 minutes. Mike was knowledgeable and had a great place to put the car through it's paces. When we got back Mike and I were able to cut to the chase and start the buying process. Once things moved over to the finance team for review, Mike kept me informed where things were at and made me and my wife feel comfortable. Victoria from the finance team was also very helpful with walking me through all of the warranty options, but not pressuring me into anything in particular. All in all, I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport as a great place to buy a car. More

Great service but run flat tires are a DRAG! The service at the dealership is really good but I am not a fan of these “run flat” tires because I’ve had to replace 2 on a few months time, and now The service at the dealership is really good but I am not a fan of these “run flat” tires because I’ve had to replace 2 on a few months time, and now they’re saying that my alignment is out of wack! Honestly the best luxury car experience I have ever had! This was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. Ramon was our sales person / he was SO professional, knowledgeable, patient and fast. This was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. He made me feel so comfortable, also made us laugh which was fun, and was so thorough - AND gave me an amazing deal. I had been an Audi owner for years and years and even had a dedicated sales person at the local Audi dealership but I wanted to just “see” the new X5 before I decided on an Audi.
