Hurry up and wait Bodywork needed to be done. Played games with the insurance companies to maximize profit. My car was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. Instead it too Bodywork needed to be done. Played games with the insurance companies to maximize profit. My car was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. Instead it took 7.5 weeks. There was always an issue... they kept saying a few days more. They never would give me the full story. I asked a lot of questions but I don’t know all the right questions. Over time, I figured it out. So, I lost my car for 7.5 weeks, had a rental Nissan Sentra, and was paying for my BMW this whole time. When I thought it was as long as two weeks I decided to put off the work but they wouldn’t give me my car back. They knew they could make good money off the ins cos. Communication was poor at best. The guy taking care of me would never take my call. The body shop guy at least would text me back More

Great service in an emergency My 2018 530i with less than 2,000 miles on it experienced a sensor failure while we were on our way back from vacation. We called the dealership, tol My 2018 530i with less than 2,000 miles on it experienced a sensor failure while we were on our way back from vacation. We called the dealership, told them when we expected to arrive, and they scheduled an appointment. When we got there they took the car in immediately, arranged for a loaner, and we were on our way in less than 1 1/2 hours. Thanks More

Regular service & recall work No problems....I had to rush them a little because of my schedule...everything worked out.
