The Bloomington BMW has the WORST service we have ever experienced. Consistently for 5 years now. The online appointment app never works. They don’t call you back. They never have a loner car. They never experienced. Consistently for 5 years now. The online appointment app never works. They don’t call you back. They never have a loner car. They never have a driver. The person who answers the phone messes up messages. An oil change took an hour. Their system always messages the wrong person, so the one with the car in their shop never knows it’s done. It has been HORRIBLE. More
