So they put us in a loaner car and encouraged us to finish our trip in a brand-new 740. Jeremy was friendly, proactive, and helpful. Zoe handled the paperwork expertly despite being a day or two away from delivering her child. FAR exceeded our expectations. We picked up our vehicle days later, and they even helped us transfer the luggage back to our car! We left smiling/laughing, and with a recommendation for the best burger spot in town (and they nailed that as well)! Jeremy is the bomb. More

I am getting information for another person's car even after calling the dealer and informing of mistake. Makes me think that the service department is not paying close attention to detail and correcting after calling the dealer and informing of mistake. I am skeptical of having work done at this dealership now knowing they could have my information connected to a vehicle I don't even own. Does the correct owner of the vehicle know that I am getting text messages and emails know what is going on? Is she being informed that her vehicle's information was shared with a stranger? I certainly hope this gets corrected. More
