A 5+ star purchasing experience with Bloomington IL BMW. From the start, Nick was outstanding in every way! He answered all my questions, took videos for me in the vehicles to show me features and explain i From the start, Nick was outstanding in every way! He answered all my questions, took videos for me in the vehicles to show me features and explain items about the vehicle so that I can see the vehicle, since I was out of state. When Nick was unavailable, he had other people like the manager of the dealership, Jack, take care of me. When I had additional questions Nick had the right person contact me, provided me information in writing. When Brad (finance manager) was brought into the conversation, Brad provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decision and gave me a phenomenal deal. At no point in the conversation did he try to upsell me, he just wanted to ensure that I was protected. Even after the purchase was completed Nick, Jack and Brad made themselves available to assist me with questions and to get additional items for the vehicle. If you want a dealership that treats everyone like a VIP, Bloomington IL BMW is that place. If I make a future purchase, this is the team that I will definitely be contacting for future vehicles.
