First, this is my first experience with BMW. I asked to have the car picked up, due to medical issues. I called the day before the appointment to say my phone died, call my wife’s number. I called and they said they had been calling my (dead)phone, and the person spoke to me like I never called. Oil got changed perfectly. Windshield wiper fluid not coming out, surprised they did NOT ask to repair, kinda important. I purchased the 2 year oil change agreement, hopefully we can communicate a bit better. Employees were friendly, appreciated the delivery back to the house. More

Went for recall, dealership took good look at all potential issues for car, gave bid to fix all. Not pushy at all, supported an oil change I requested when I get there. Car washed when returned.
