I saw a car online, test drove it on a Friday afternoon and took it home as mine the following Monday night! I purchase a 2019 BMW with 37,000 miles on it I requested an extended warranty and I purchased an extended warranty for $6400 and due to my only thinking about the extended warranty after the fact, I went ba an extended warranty and I purchased an extended warranty for $6400 and due to my only thinking about the extended warranty after the fact, I went back to the dealership and ask them how many miles did I have before my extended warranty kicked in, and I was told that I didn’t have a warranty from them and said that it is 15 days or 500 miles. It was no car window sticker in the car stating that when I purchased the car and if I had seen it, I wouldn’t have never purchased a car without some type of dealership warranty. And when I went back, ask him about it they sold me the back side of the paper where I signed it and told me I had buyers remorse.. but they never showed me the window sticker because I would have read it and wouldn’t have bought the car under those circumstances. They were deceptive and told me I should’ve read everything while they were pushing papers in my face to sign in a rush to close the deal. So another words they made me pay for the warranty that should have came with the car. and pay for 30,000 miles on my own so altogether I paid $6400 for 60,000 miles which at least 20,000 miles suit it came with the car. And I am very disappointing and how they treated me when I went to talk to them about it.. More
