I scheduled an oil change as a new customer. I was able to do this easily. I was met by service writer Jeremy who checked me in and explained how long my time would be at the dealership. Jeremy advised there was a recall on my vehicle so it would take about two hours. My vehicle was completed earlier than expected and the technician provided a video with a few concerns. I was given an estimate of future repairs and finished under two hours. Jeremy and the cashier were friendly. The waiting area was clean and had many complimentary beverage options. i bought my vehicle at this dealership. I enjoyed dealing with them. It seems their online appointment scheduler is not working as expected. I given my vehicle for first oil change. I expected dealership to have taken care all basic necessities but I found Car is not washed and I cane to know that because of freezing temps possibility of scratches. I expected oil change/washing/tire pressures but tire pressures seem to be not checked. Anyways great work by dealership. More

I had just bought my m235i, I got an idiot light indicating low oil, I pulled into Bloomington BMW, anticipated paying 25$ a quart. Service manager said he can give a couple quarts. Service was a little disorganized, but manager made it right. I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance with loaner car available, the day before they called and said no loaner would be available but right. I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance with loaner car available, the day before they called and said no loaner would be available but could wait about 2 hours for oil change and recall. I arrived and they had a loaner, which was great, but told me it would take all day to get oil change done because there were 3 cars ahead of me. I asked if they could drop off car when done, they had no drivers available. I was told they were going through a transition in service department and short staffed. Service manager was offered, and after talking to him he made this right and delivered the car to my house when they were done. More
