I went up to the front desk and asked to speak with someone about the new 6 series and the lady said "let me check". She calls the manager, whispers something that I can't hear and gives me a "no one i someone about the new 6 series and the lady said "let me check". She calls the manager, whispers something that I can't hear and gives me a "no one is available to speak with you today, here's a card, call back on Monday", which was total bull, because when I called the previous week on the phone they were more than happy to set up an appointment. I had her ask again, to which the answer was no, so I went around her and talked to a salesperson, who was a young guy like me (and NOT a normal salesman, he was their IT guy helping out for the weekend).<br><br>Word to Erhard: Just because I'm a 27 year old who shows up in jeans is no indication of my ability to pay for a car, and you should make it your business to make me happy anyway. I have the ability to buy 2+ of anything you can sell. If you weren't the only dealer in town, you'd never get my business due to your handling of this situation, that's a promise. More
